“Rich in its history and even richer in their extraordinary wines” is how Clos Du Val of Napa Valley would pride themselves.. Clos Du Val prides itself in connecting it’s wines history to their consumers experiences and for that they have excelled in Napa for the past 45 years. As I am sure most of you have come to realize, my main goal and approach to the wine industry is keeping it fun and approachable to any level of wine enthusiast. I carefully consider each winery I choose to partner with to ensure there is an alignment of company values with the goal of becoming a major contributor to the success of every wine I partner with. My job is not only to share the world of wine with you but share wineries with a beautiful customer service and core values. I know Clos Du Val would welcome any friend, client, or family member I send their way.

My connection with Clos Du Val happened due to nothing else than our infamous Instagram connections! I am proud to be apart of a community of wine enthusiasts and professionals that have helped me taste and connect with so many different wines. Being a Southern California native and currently a resident of Phoenix, Arizona I am always trying to taste as many Northern California wines as I can. When the opportunity arises to taste wines from such a prestigious winery, you accept with great pleasure and that is what has led me to spread the word about Clos Du Val winery here today.

Most of you know I am a regular on a local Arizona network, Your Life Arizona, where I graciously get to go on and discuss all my latest wine tips and recommendations. One of my latest segment topics was about my favorite wines of the summer and it could not have been better timing to have come into contact with the wines of Clos Du Val, specifically their estate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Although I have yet to experience the historic vineyards of Clos Du Val in person I was lucky enough to get my tasting experience sent straight to my home. After going through the wines with a fellow colleague one evening I knew that these wines needed to be included in an appearance on my local network.

To find an extraordinary Napa Valley Estate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir under $50 is an incredible feat. When I describe these wines to a client, the first thing that comes to mind is “the perfect crowd pleasing wine that is surely not to disappoint at any gathering.” Aged 10 months in 35% New French Oak, this Chardonnay stays bright and lean with every sip. I recently paired it alongside one of my favorite weeknight recipes, my Goat Cheese Pasta which can be found here on my blog. Clos Du Val’s Estate Pinot Noir is jam packed with red fruits such as fresh strawberries, currants, and plum stands strong with its rich velvety texture on the palate. I quickly realized how versatile both these wines were and I particularly loved how I could enjoy them alone or accompanied by a dish I was making. If Clos Du Val Winery has caught your attention in any way all of their wines can be purchased on their website or at your local wine retailer such as BevMo, Costco, or Total Wine & More!

You can find Clos Du Val Wine in almost any Total Wine & More, BevMo, Costco, or online at https://www.closduval.com
